Age Requirement: 7
Overall Expectations: Come to class regularly, practice at home, study terminology sheets, and come to class with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Students are expected to improve their exibility, strength, coordination, discipline, and get a solid foundation in martial arts fundamentals that will carry them into their future training.
